Highway was a man of honor, courage, and was kind-hearted. He loved his job with the Toll Road, and he loved Warrior's Oath. Highway loved nothing more than riding with his brothers, and helping local veterans. Warrior’s Oath was founded with a huge emphasis on family, and now we find ourselves saying goodbye to one of our family members.
Highway was very shy, quiet, and reserved. He came to Warrior’s Oath in search of brotherhood, something we all longed for after our days in the service. Like many others in the group, he left a former organization to help establish a new group founded on the principles of brotherhood, family, country, and helping veterans. July 4th would have been his first full year as our one and only Charter Member. Highway also served as our club Treasurer, which I might add he was really nervous about taking, although he was great in the position. Highway will always be remembered for his Mountain Dew, ball cap, and awkward flirting with the ladies. Highway will truly be missed for the content of his heart and his relaxed belonging demeanor he finally found with his Warrior's Oath Family.
